Reviews and Ratings
I loved my stay at this hotel! The sunny balcony overlooking the orange trees in Plaza Doña Elvira was perfect for enjoying November. The room was spacious with big windows offering a great view over the square, although it felt a bit small and tight at times.
The hotel rooms, though not very big, provided all the utilities necessary for a short stay and were very comfortable and clean. The lack of storage space was a minor inconvenience, but the overall atmosphere was lovely and quiet.
I couldn't ask for a better location with a fantastic rooftop terrace, even though the rooms were a bit small and lacked some facilities, but that's all forgivable considering the amazing setting overlooking the Plaza Doña Elvira with its sunny balcony and leafy view in November.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a beautiful view of the plaza and cathedral, but the bathroom downstairs emitted a strong smell. The service was excellent, especially in handling our complaint promptly. The location was charming in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, but getting there with luggage was a bit challenging. The dining options were decent but could be improved. Overall, a unique stay with some ups and downs.
